Penthouse CA
Mallorca, Spain — 2024A generous multi-level villa in first sea line, commanding views of rocky offshore islands along Mallorca's southwest coast. Three principles guide the design: every room frames the sea as panorama, light and dark zones alternate with intention, and the boundary between inside and outside is dissolved through fully retractable glass walls.

Light, airy spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, pool terrace, give way to deliberately intimate zones: a media room clad in dark oak, an entrance hall defined by sculpted timber panels. The architecture steps back, ceding the leading role to the landscape.

The rooftop terrace, with its teak dining table set against the silhouette of offshore islands, offers one of the most compelling dining situations imaginable. Inside, the living hall at dusk, warm indirect light, open glass wall, the evening sky beyond, captures the essence of the project.
