Seaside Villa CA
Mallorca, Spain — 2024A luxury private villa of 800 square metres directly on the sea, pursuing the principle of seamless transition between interior and exterior. Floor-to-ceiling glass facades open entirely to the terrace and the Mediterranean, dissolving the boundary between living space and landscape.

Oak flooring in warm natural tones, three-dimensionally structured cabinet fronts, indirect LED backlighting, and Corten steel terrace edging compose a material palette that is tactile, durable, and quietly expressive. Ceramic table lamps and sculptural wooden ceiling fans lend each space its own character.

The palette draws from the surrounding coastal landscape, sand, cream, greige, taupe, and white. Dark accents in sculptural objects and sideboard surfaces provide measured contrast. The result is a Mediterranean minimalism that feels luxurious without insistence.
