Mallorca, Spain — 2023A new-build villa of 2,200 square metres set into a privileged hillside, commanding sweeping views across a Mallorcan harbour. The terraced architecture inscribes itself into the topography, each level stepping with the slope to maximise living space and draw natural light into every room.

Regional natural stone floors, marked by the warm, earthy nuances of the island, lend the interiors an authentic depth and quiet timelessness. Bespoke built-in elements in precious wood veneer are articulated with generously scaled brass details, while parquet in the bedrooms introduces a softer register.

The predominantly light palette is punctuated by dark typological accents, stairs, wine cooler, television panel, and fireplace wall, that anchor the spatial hierarchy and give each room its own identity.

Realised in close collaboration with Tatari Architects, who were responsible for the structural design and accompanied the project through to its successful sale.
